Al-Halboosi receives the American ambassador to Iraq

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received, on Wednesday, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Iraq, Alina Romanowski.

The meeting discussed the results of the recent visit of the official Iraqi delegation to Washington and the next steps to strengthen the existing partnership between the two countries in various fields, including economic and security.

They also discussed the general situation in the country, and a number of issues of common interest.
