.. The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, received in his official office in Baghdad the Chairman of the Armenian-Iraqi Friendship Committee, Mr. Rustam Bakuyan. The meeting was attended by a number of representatives and the Prime Minister’s Advisor, Dr. Khalaf Khadr Sinjari, and after welcoming the guest, ways were discussed. To enhance the prospects for cooperation and partnership at the parliamentary, political, economic, cultural and educational levels between Iraq and Armenia in a way that achieves common interests between the two friendly countries.
