Al-Halboosi receives the American Ambassador
The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi, received on Wednesday the US Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Matthew Tueller, on the occasion of ending his duties.
They discussed continuing to strengthen relations and cooperation between the two countries to serve common interests, as His Excellency referred to the ambassador’s efforts during his tenure in Iraq in this field, wishing him success in his future assignments.
For his part, Mr. Tueller thanked the Speaker of Parliament, stressing his country’s continued support for Iraq in all fields to achieve security and stability.
