Al-Halboosi receives a congratulatory telegram from the Speaker of the Russian State Duma
The Parliament’s Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received a congratulatory telegram from the Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vyacheslav Volodin, on the occasion of his re-election as Speaker of the House of Representatives in its fifth period.
