The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, received, this Wednesday evening, at his residence in Baghdad, His Eminence Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, head of the National Wisdom Movement, and his accompanying delegation. Several ladies and gentlemen, MPs, and the head of the fifth branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party attended the meeting. During the meeting, issues and topics related to the general situation and developments in the political arena were discussed. emphasis was placed on adherence to the Constitution, taking into account constitutional entitlements, and protecting the rights of all components of the people, in addition to discussing the financial entitlements of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and addressing files between Baghdad and Erbil through dialogues and understandings based on national partnership.
