Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah, receives the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Justice and discusses the country’s political developments and general conditions, taking steps to end the suffering of the Kurdistan region’s employees and release their salaries.

The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, received in his official office in Baghdad today, Tuesday, 12/9/2023, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Fuad Hussein, during the meeting, political developments and the general situation in the country were discussed, and the importance of continuing to strengthen cooperation between the legislative institution and the state ministries.

On the other hand, His Sovereignty received His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Dr. Khaled Shawani, and a number of files and issues of common interest were discussed, foremost taking practical steps to end the suffering of the region’s employees and releasing their salaries from the financial entitlements in the Federal Budget Law.
