Al-Halboosi meets with the President of the Jordanian Senate
The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi and his accompanying delegation, met on Tuesday with the President of the Jordanian Senate, Mr. Faisal al-Fayez.
They discussed relations between the two brotherly countries, enhancing cooperation between legislative institutions and working to overcome obstacles to achieve understandings and governmental cooperation frameworks, which will reflect positively on the two brotherly peoples, and the importance of parliamentary coordination to adopt common positions in all international forums.
The Parliament Speaker affirmed support for the outcomes of the tripartite summit between Iraq, Jordan and Egypt, which is an advanced step to complete strategic cooperation.
The President of the Jordanian Senate affirmed his country’s support for Iraq in all fields, and working hard to overcome obstacles in front of the projects approved by the tripartite summit, facilitate their implementation, and support everything that contributes to achieving development and stability for the two brotherly countries.
