IN THE PRESENCE AND PATRONAGE OF THE SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES..THE PARLIAMENTRY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (PDI) INAUGURATES THE INEVITABLE FOURTH SISSION FOR THE PROMOTIION OF PARLIAMRNT EMPLOYEES.

THE parliamentary development institute inaugurated on sunday 15/5/2022 the work of the inevitable forth session related to the promotion of parliament employees from the seventh ,sixth and fifth grades , which will continue until the 30th of this month. At the beginning of the session , which was held in al-shabibi hall , the secretary-general stressed in his speech that the general secretariat continues to support the efforts of the PDI in developing knowledge in order to provide functional services of high quality worthy of the legislative institution.
Dr. ismail pointed to need to support institutional work in development , raising capacities and skills ,and reaching the best standards for the work of an employee in the council of representatives in all administrative ,legal and financial aspects .he expressed his confidence in the interaction of employees within an atmosphere of motivation and teamwork spirit that would develop career work, praising the management of the PDI, The lecturers and all supporting formations to provide their best for the success of this course.
For his part, Mr. saad Fayyad , director-general of the PDI, stressed that the establishment of a new inevitable session that renews the path of success associated with the PDI and reflects a brilliant image of confident steps in enhancing career work skills and advancing the reality of parliament.
He added that the career promotion course for the seventh, sixth and fifth grades represents a qualitative shift In addition to the transitions witnessed by the functional reality of the house of representatives since the establishment of the institute until now, under the permanent sponsorship of the presidency of the council and the general-secretariat of the council, who provided and still all the requirements for success and its continuity,
Expressing his thanks for the sponsorship of the secretary-general of the council of the representatives for the activities of the institute. The director-general of the institute pointed out that the development of the performance of the staff of the council of representatives is at the forefront of the institute s concerns, in addition to its relentless endeavor to assign the departments and formations of the council of representatives with new experiences and skills through the application of advanced programs, advances ideas and innovative projects that are rich in the institute s strategy for the current or coming years. Pointing out that the benefit of the employees covered in this course from the lectures that will be given and their commitments to attend is a positive case that helps us to succeed in our mission, increasing the employee s culture in the legal administrative, financial and parliamentary fields and the areas of using modern technology in administrative work represents an urgent needs in the advancement of legislative work.
The first day of the inevitable session consisted two lectures, the first related to the low of discipline of state and public sector employees No.14 of 1991 as amended, which was presented by Mr. Ali omar, director of the development and training department at the PDI then, Mr. shukri mahamoud, the director general of the department of financial affairs, presented the second lecture, which dealt with methods and instructions for purchasing in government institutions.
