We mourn the great literary and poetic stature, the Iraqi poet Mudhaffar al-Nawab, who with his departure, the literary scene lost a symbol, an example of a fighter and a loyal and loving to the issues of his homeland and nation.
Al-Nawab has made a great lesson in political and literary courage and enriched the poetic of the Iraqi and Arab scene with immortal giving, carrying the name of Iraq in exile for years because of injustice immigration.
We ask God’s mercy for the spirit of the deceased, and to his family and loved ones and all the writers and poets patience. We belong to God and to Him we return.
