Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah receives congratulations from His Eminence Mr. Muqtada Al-Sadr on the occasion of his election as Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament

His sovereignty the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed, received a phone call from the leader of the Sadrist movement, His Eminence, Muqtada Al-Sadr, on the occasion of his election as Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives for the fifth parliamentary session. He wished success for the Council of Representatives in performing its legislative and oversight tasks and providing services to citizens.
While Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah expressed his happiness for the congratulations of His Eminence Al-Sadr and his keenness on the success of the legislative institution work and the enhancement of its role to serve the national interest.
